Cindy Lee Kastner, 61, of Shirley, Arkansas was born on August 11, 1960 in Salt Lake City, Utah to the late George McLelland, Jr. and Dora Mae Porritt and passed from this life on October 10, 2021 in Harrison, Arkansas. She was a devoted member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

She is preceded in death by her parents, one son, Richard Mark Kastner, Jr., one grandson, Riley Richard McLelland, one sister, Mary Lee Marshall, three brothers; George McLelland, III, Daniel Ralph McLelland and Tim Patrick McLelland.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Richard Mark Kastner, three daughters; Amberlee Dawn Montarella (David), Leila May Fraley (Evan), Susannah McLelland, three siblings: Ken McLelland (Debbie), Linda McLelland, Susann Strickland (Ike, Sr.), grandchildren; Sarai Livesey, Joshua Livesey, Leland Robert Fraley, Ella Lee Fraley, Ryan McLelland, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm on Friday, October 15, 2021 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Quitman, Arkansas. Interment will follow at the Pine Mountain Cemetery near Bee Branch, Arkansas.
