September 21, 1933 - October 2, 2021

Fay Edna (Bolick) Phillips, 88, of Benton, passed away Saturday, October 2, 2021 at The Bethany House in Auburn, AL. She was born September 21, 1933 to the late Cephus E. and Edna Rader Bolick in Marion, North Carolina. Fay was preceded in death by her husband Jerry V. "J.V." Phillips and daughter Debra (Joe) Nantze of Benton, AR. She was also preceded in death by her siblings Margaret (Jerry) Johnson of Mt. Kisco, NY; Beatrice Bolick; Charles E. (Jeanette) Bolick of Winter Haven, FL; Harold (Rose Ann) Bolick of Morristown, TN; and Roby (Jo) Bolick of Harriman, TN.
Fay was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She is survived by sons Jerry Michael (June) Phillips of Auburn, AL and Timothy Jay Phillips of Beaumont, TX. She is also survived by grandchildren Mandy (Shawn) Hill of Sheridan, AR; Nathan (Mauree) Nantze of Fayetteville, AR; Amanda (Danny) Cokeley of Texarkana, TX; Chris (Amanda) Phillips of Tamarac, FL; Paige Martin of Hoover, AL; Nick Martin of Raleigh, NC; Travis (Chelsea) Phillips, Drew Phillips and Amanda Smothers, also of Benton, AR and eleven great grandchildren.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Benton. She was the pianist at Salem Baptist Church and served in a leadership role for many years. Fay was active with the Bryant Band Booster Club for several years. She worked for Mayersohn Administrative Services and Magic Mart Discount Department stores as a bookkeeper.

Graveside services are scheduled for Saturday, October 9, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander with Shawn Hill officiating. Funeral services provided by Roller-Alcoa Funeral Home (501) 315-0700.
