Hendrix Family, i am so sorry to hear of the passing of Miss Kathy and I keep you all in my thoughts and prayers. Growing up in Merrivale I feel I have known her and the Hendrix family all my life. Michael & Randy I know it is going to be so hard without her but think of her back with your Dad and how happy they are.
Ms. Kathy was a dear friend of my Mom, Julia Hopkins. My mom passed away October of 2020. Mom always enjoyed visiting with Ms. Kathy whether on the phone or when they would run into each other. We lived around the corner from the Hendrix when I was growing up in the early 70 in Merrivale. My thoughts and prayer are with her family during this difficult time.
My condolences. Aunt Kat was well loved and very blessed. I enjoyed listening to her sing back years ago. Michael and Randy I will keep you and your families in my prayers.
Mike and Nancy, we are so sorry for your loss. Prayers said for comfort and peace.
We love and will miss Kat. The neighborhood has never be the same without her and her outgoing personality, love for life, and love for family and friends. -Troy, Darrell, and Gary

She was baby of my dad’s family and was as early being my Granny Wilcox as any of her siblings. Always fun loving and smiling. She will be greatly missed by everyone!!👍❤️🙏
Janet, Evan and I enjoyed your company over the last many years. You were a very sweet and great grandmother to everyone. You will be missed, and we are comforted by the fact that you are up in heaven in a better place!Love,Aaron, Janet and Evan Talbert
Randy, even though your mom was not our ‘Memaw’, we have always thought of her that way. She was part of our family fish fry’s and Christmas’s as well as other get togethers. We loved her and will miss her.Love, David and Kathleen
