Shawn Treadwell, age 52 of Marshall, Arkansas passed from this life on Monday, September 27th, 2021 at Cox South in Springfield, Missouri, surrounded by loved ones and achieved his ultimate healing when he met his Savior at The Gate. He was born in Harrison, Arkansas on June 15th, 1969 to Loey Treadwell and Colleen Watts Treadwell.
Shawn was a loving husband and father. He was a devout Christian who enjoyed going to church and being in the Lord's presence. Shawn was an avid cattleman who instilled his love for farming and cattle to his family. Shawn was also a devoted businessman who shared his sawmill and logging passion with his brother.
Shawn is preceded in death by his parents Loey and Colleen Treadwell; brother-in-law, Paul Ragland; and his honorary granddaughter, Brookley Rhae
Survivors include his wife of 26 years, Pat Taylor Treadwell of the home; two daughters, Paige MaeAnn Treadwell and Darcy Taylor Treadwell; honorary son, Eric Oliver and wife Lindsay Hartley Oliver of Marshall; siblings, Marcus Treadwell and wife Joann of Marshall, Sheila Ragland of Marshall and Tina Leonard and husband Marty of Damascus; honorary grandson, Boone Oliver; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Funeral services for Shawn will be 3:00 PM Friday, October 1st, 2021 at Roller-Coffman Chapel in Marshall, Arkansas with Bro. Larry Watts and Bro. Donnie Horton officiating. Special music will be performed by Sis. Whitney Sutterfield. Visitation will be 6:00 till 8:00 PM Thursday, September 30th, 2021 in the Chapel. Burial will be in Red Hill Cemetery. Bearers will be Troy Hall, Morgan Ragland, Wendell Gray, Charles McDaniel, Nick Smith and Darin Holliman. Honorary bearers will be Kevin Ramsey, James House, Leon Kimbrell and Stephen Treadwell.
