Connie Sue Polk, 80 of Pangburn, died September 16, 2021. She was born February 3, 1941 in Marvell, Arkansas to the late Deward and Alma Snyder Reed. She was an office manager for Harps for over 20 years and a member of the Church of Christ. Mrs. Polk always enjoyed Hummingbirds and keeping their feeders full. She was a good cook and always prepared the traditional Thanksgiving dinners. Her favorite color was purple, and she loved to laugh and spend time with her family and grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she is also preceded in death by her husband Aubrey Polk; son, Aubrey Ladale Polk; two brothers, James and Robert Reed; three sisters, Linda Shoop, Irene Kelley and Mary Virginia Reed. She is survived by two daughters, Kerri Fortner and Donna Westbrook; brother, George Reed; sister, Grace Reed; 10 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
A visitation will be held from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at Roller-Daniel Funeral Home on Sunday, September 19, 2021. Graveside service will be 2:00 PM Monday, September 20, 2021 at Good Springs Cemetery, Heber Spring, Arkansas.

Condolence to family and friends of Connie. Connie was in the Class of '59 at Central HS in Helena-West Helena. I had not seen her since graduation, but maintain some contact by e-mail and through the class discussions. Our loss is surely Heaven's gain.
Well to my all my family sorry I could not be there I’m all the way in Oklahoma I will miss grandma so much and I love y’all so much this has got me heartbroken
I am so sorry to hear about Connie, it grieves me because she was such a sweet person and we were friends all through school. I regret not every getting to Heber to see her. She will be missed by many people and especially those wonderful grandchildren and great grandchildren. Heaven has gained an angle.
