I just learned last night of Dennis and Kathleen passing from this life. I am so sorry for the sadness that all who loved them are going through. Kathleen was one of the first persons to befriend me when I moved to Omaha in 1972. She lovingly provided day care for Melanie and we became good friends. Dennis repaired an old car for me. He was an honest, capable, loving man and was loved and trusted by all who knew him. Two wonderful people who lived for the Lord and I feel sure he says to them well done good and faithful servants. I am writing on behalf of all auto care centers friends and associates at Walmart to express our sympathy at your sad loss. Dennis was a valued member of the team and contributed to the organization in many ways. Besides being an excellent worker, he was always good humored and considerate toward his colleagues. Dennis often spoke of his family with affection. Dennis will be sadly missed by everyone at work. Our thoughts are with you at this difficult time.

I spent a couple of years working with Dennis at BF Goodrich in Omaha back in the mid 70's. What a terrific gentleman he was. So sad to hear of his passing. He's one of those few people you're lucky enough to meet in life that no matter how many years pass you always think of how great it would be to see him again. My deepest sympathies to the family, we were all blessed to have crossed paths with Dennis.

Joe and family, I’m so sorry to hear of Dennis passing. My late husband was a mechanic always did his own cars. When he could no longer do it, he trusted Dennis because Dennis was honest and a good Christian.
May memories help you at this hard time, knowing Dennis is with his Heavenly Father.
God bless you.

I’ve known Dennis for all of the years that we’ve both lived in Mtn Home, 1983, he from Omaha/ Council Bluffs and me from Pineville / Jonesboro. I met him in the Church yard of College and North Church of Christ. There was immediately a connection between his family and mine. We all spent lots of time together at their home, ours or other Church members. Dennis, you made me a better man, Christian, Father, Husband and friend. Great mechanic and so helpful in diagnosis and repairs of our vehicles and many, many people and families. I’m saddened at your passing, but I am so happy for the Heavenly Home that you are enjoying now with all the Saints, families, friends, and our Great God and His Son Jesus that will last forever and ever. I won’t see you again down here, but look forward to seeing you again up there. You prepared for this last life and as you (Dennis) would say, have you and I prepared for it
Much love!

I’m so sorry to the family for their loss of a wonderful man. I’m shocked and deeply saddened.

Dennis you were more than just a coworker, you were a great friend. I’m more knowledgeable to this day because of the wisdom you bestowed on me throughout our decade of working together. I have nothing but the upmost respect and admiration for you. I’ll miss your wit and silliness that always made smile. My thoughts go out to the family during this difficult time.
