Mrs. Catherine Thompson, 77, of Mountain Home, Arkansas passed away Sunday, September 12, 2021 in Mountain Home. She was born on July 11, 1944 in Rutherford, New Jersey to Alexander and Marie (O'Sullivan) Aiton. She enjoyed sewing, crafting, camping, flowers, and gardening. She felt God's purpose for her in life was to raise children to know God and she fulfilled that purpose with raising her own children and many others. She was brutally honest but with a big heart willing to help anyone in need.
Catherine is survived by her six children: Dewey Wishon, Tracey Cuba (Kevin), Christina Keville, David Thompson (Brenda), Michael Thompson (Dee), and Jonathan Thompson, and many step children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; husbands: Elmer, John, Clarence; brother Alex Aiton, and sister Joanne Aiton.
A graveside memorial service will be held at 2:00pm on Thursday, September 16, 2021 at Baxter Memorial Gardens. Interment will be private. Arrangements are under the care of Roller Funeral Home.
