Paul Richards Baker, 66, of Clarksville, Arkansas died August 25, 2021. He was born October 11, 1954 in Salt Lake City, Utah, to his parents, Alvin and Ethel Richards Baker. Paul was baptized into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He lived in Costa Rica before moving to Arkansas. Paul loved his cats.

Paul is survived by his siblings, Kathleeen Baker Jones of OR., Susan Baker VanBrocklin of CA., and Alvin Braddock Baker of CA., and a host of other family and friends.

Paul is preceded in death by his parents, Alvin and Ethel Richards Baker.
