I met Pat when I was 12 trying everyday to get a job…he knew I wasn’t old enough and he knew I was hungry. He fed me everyday until I was old enough to work then he gave me that job. He was the first man to give me love without wanting anything. I have carried his treatment of me to be how I demanded people to treat me and me them …respect, honesty and valor… Pat taught me all of this just by being a man of valor. I don’t know if he knew how he impacted me. Maybe now he does! I know you will Rip bc you did great work here on earth . Thank you for sonic food , job and treatment of brotherly love .

Elijah Mondy and family of Helena, Arkansas;
I was shocked on Sunday night when my wife came and told me Pat Robertson had died. I could not believe it. This because Pat is like a spark plug in this community. He was a jack of all trades and master of all of them. I met Pat in the late 1980’s through his broadcast interest. We have done a lot of things together through radio broadcasting. He was a tremendous help initially in building my radio station KJIW-FM 94.5 and I was a tremendous help in building his radio stations. We often had to figure out and solve complicated broadcast engineering problems.
He had a lot of good wise business advice and sayings he would quote. He was open and we consulted each other for advice. I really appreciate my family and his family spending the times of fellowships we had together. I really miss Mrs. Kaye, his wife, and now I am going to miss Pat. The nice thing is I will see them henceforth through their children Patrick, Jon, and Chris.
In the name of Jesus Christ may the Lord God smile upon them all.
I always enjoyed seeing his smile on his face. He was a great man and he’ll be missed by all. May God be with y’all and comfort y’all in this time. Our prayers are going out to our Lord for y’all.

My sincere condolences to all who knew, loved and were touched by Mr. Robertson's journey through this ephemeral station between birth and eternal life. I am praying that God's love will provide the family with strength during this time of grief and bereavement. I hope friends and acquaintances will stand in the gap as the family adjusts to the new normal caused by the loss of a loved one.
Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this time...so sorry for the loss of your dad.
I am so sorry for your loss. I remember Mr Pat coming across to the store I worked and buying bananas and always paying for them with $2 bills. Today at my job when I am counting my cash drawer there's always a place for $2 and I think of Mr Pat everyday paying me and $2 bills. Such a great man I know he will be missed

Pat was my Franchisee in 1979 when my family and I moved to Scottsville KY in 1979
We still own that store, thanks to the trust Pat and partners Doug Reed and Jon Walters put in me way back then. I will always be grateful for that. Pat inspired me with his own work ethic and I used much of what I learned from him to grow from one location to several.
To the boys ( I have 3 also ) your Dad was truly a gift to me.
