I got to know Wilma when Beth started caring for her in her home. Through visits ,phone calls, and an occasional car ride through the countryside., Wilma would talk about her life and I enjoyed her stories. She was blessed to have a daughter who cared for her and loved her. Prayers for Beth and the family. The memories of Wilma will be cherished. What a beautiful tribute the video was to her life.

I always loved coming to your house and eat wonderful meals you always made for us. Everytime I eat rice I think of the rice dish you made with red hots. It was so good. Love you my beautiful aunt.

I taught Phillip in sixth grade and knew Beth at Griffithville. Mrs. Wilma raised both to be very respectful and kind. I am so sorry for your loss, and offer you both my most sincere condolences. "Miss Markum"

I never met Wilma, but I know she raised a daughter who is beautiful, kind and compassionate so I am assuming Wilma had those same qualities. My heart goes out to Wilma's family. Thinking of all you and keeping you in my prayers during this sad time.

I did not know Wilma personally, but I taught both Beth, her daughter, and Phillip, her son, in their high school years at Griffithville. Both were fine students and of good character indicating Wilma was the best kind of mother. She will be missed by all who knew her and of her.
