Clara Jean (Cooper) Muns, 72, of Concord, Arkansas passed away Friday, August 27, 2021 surrounded by her loving family.
She was born March 15, 1949 in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas to James Louis Hayden Cooper and Edna Elenora (Bruce) Cooper.
Clara often attended the Church of Christ. She loved sewing, cooking, canning, working in the garden, and watching the hummingbirds.
Survivors include her husband, Jimmy Bruce Muns of the home; son, Joey Muns of Locust Grove; daughter, Pam Carlton (Mickey) of Edgemont; brother, Steven Bruce Cooper (Charlotte) of Cord; twelve grandchildren, Ricky Brock (Megan), Riley Brock (Lacy), Ryan Brock, Rodney Brock, Craig Carlton (Camryn), Trisha Hendricks (Jake), Kyleigh Carlton, Cayson Carlton, Darrion Blakley (Dejawn), Destinee Muns , Brayden Dupwe, and Rylen Conner; and six great-grandchildren, Jayden, Jordan, Jaci, Bryson, Ricky J., and Rori.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Pansy Brock Muns; brothers, Jerry Cooper and Johnny Cooper; sisters, Iona Gilbert, Uneeda Sharp, Pat Figueroa, and Jo WIlliamson; and nephews.
Memorial visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 pm Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at Roller-Crouch Funeral Home of Batesville. Burial will happen at Concord Cemetery at a later date with Dwight Decker officiating.
So sorry for y'alls loss, she was a wonderful lady. Keeping y'all in my prayers!!
Our condolences. The times spent with her were always a good time! She always opened her home to us anytime we were in town. She will be missed.
I am so sorry to hear about Jean passing away. I know she had been sick for some time. She is with her parents now and Pansy and her brothers and sisters. They were waiting for her with opened arms. I will say a prayer for the family to find peace.
