Cindy Anne Halbrook, age 67, of North Little Rock, passed away August 23, 2021.
She was born May 22, 1954, in Los Angeles, California, to Dewey Doyle Halbrook and Zella Katherine Newman Halbrook. She was preceded in death by her parents and her life partner, Sibyelle Kent.
Cindy was a rehab director for long term care for 20 years and loved her patients.
She is survived by her daughter, Nan Doyle and husband Josh of North Little Rock; son, Jake Fonken and wife Mary Claire of Alexander; twin brothers, Ronnie and Donnie Halbrook of Alamo, Texas; sister, Angie Fox of Florida; and by 6 grandchildren, Brittany Morse, Jessica White, Justin Fonken, Nyah Fonken, and twins Michael and Joseph Shook.
Funeral service will be Friday, August 27, at 1:30 p.m. at Roller-Owens Funeral Home in North Little Rock. Burial will be private at Chapel Hill Memorial Park in Jacksonville.
Sending love to her children and grandchildren who I know are missing her so very much. Covid kept them apart in her last days except for a very brief time. She was so happy to see her new great grandchild. Oh how she loved her family.

Nan was a wonderful person. I will always treasure our friendship. My prayers are for her eternal rest and God's comfort for Nan and the family

I worked on and off with Cindy for many years at different nursing homes. She was a great friend and a wonderful therapist. Loved her a lot. Condolences to Nan and Josh. Wish I could be there for you all.
