I can still remember all these years later how kind and welcoming he and Mrs. Lucio were to me when Ricky and I were good friends in elementary school. I always felt like family while in their home. I have come to know Mr Lucio for 9 yrs living across from him and his wife. He was always so nice to me. We often meet at the street as he walked his little dog Millie. He did always smile but when he did it was contagious. I will miss seeing him almost every day and our short talks. RiP Mr Lucio. No more pain and suffering.
