Mark Mulford, age 59, of Harrison, passed away Tuesday, August 3, 2021, at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center. He was born in Harrison on August 16, 1961, the son of Donald E. and Phyllis Kay (Hawkey) Mulford. Mark was preceded in death by his mother; his step-mom, Charlotte Mulford; his grandparents, Edger and Erma Mulford, and Leroy and Marcella Hawkey.
Mark is survived by his loving wife, Martha Mulford; his father, Donald Mulford; his daughter and son-in-law, Kaylan and Zach Holt; his sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Margaret Johnson, Lois and Larry Treece, JoAnn Isom, Elsie and Jerry Hensley, Helen Isom, Allen Isom, and Charlie and MaxAnne Isom; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews; and many dear friends.
Mark married Martha in 1989. He was a member of the Gideons. He was always involved with the churches and helping others. If you called him, he would be there. Mark enjoyed restoring cars, woodworking, gardening, cooking, and helping his father on the farm. You could find Mark with a good western book in his hand. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Visitation was Friday, August 6, 2021, at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home Chapel.
The funeral service was Saturday, August 7, 2021, at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home Chapel, with Bro. Steve Holt officiating. Interment is in Summers Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Warren Johnson, Jimmy Gaddy, Kelly Mulford, Carson Watts, Charles Edwards, Michael Isom, Duston Isom, and Alvin Isom.
Honorary pallbearers were Charlie Isom, Tommy Jackson, Dr. Kevin Jackson, Dale Vandermolen, John Vandermolen, Allen Isom, and the Adult Sunday School Class at Oregon Flat Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Gideons International, PO Box 997, Harrison, AR 72602.
