Richard Leslie, age 86, of West Helena, Arkansas passed away Sunday, July 29, 2021. He was born October 24, 1934 in Forrest City, Arkansas to the late Myrtle Marie Pagent Leslie and Herman Fredrick Leslie.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret Wiley Leslie; three sons, Richard Allan Leslie, Jr., of Florida, Eric Carter Leslie of Memphis, Tennessee and Billy Ray Haggins of Little Rock, Arkansas; two daughters, Monica Wilson of Paragould, Arkansas and Sandra Kay Kelly of West Helena, Arkansas; 17 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; brother, Elmer Leslie (Carolyn) of West Helena, Arkansas; a host of other family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Peggy Johnson; three brothers, Donald, Buddy, and Bobby; sister, Marie.
A memorial service for Mr. Richard Leslie may be held at a later date.

So sorry to hear about Richard's death. I worked with him at the West Helena Post office and he was a good clerk that cared about serving people and meeting their needs. He was a good friend that will be missed by those who knew him. May God be with Margaret and the kids and grandchildren and also to his brother Elmer.

I am so sad to hear about Richard. I sure enjoyed working with him at the West Helena Post Office. He helped me so much. I will miss him talking about fishing when we would meet at WalMart.
