of Roland, AR
April 21, 1950 - July 26, 2021
Kathy Marvelle Bell was born April 21, 1950 to Bart Jr. and Verna (Billie) Moreland and died peacefully on July 26, 2021. Kathy was a member of the Natural Steps Baptist Church for many years and a charter member of The Church at Pinnacle Mountain. Any stray cat in the community knew they could find a champion in Kathy, and certainly a bowl of food. Kathy loved to share her sparkling personality and quick laugh with everyone she met; especially her beloved community of Natural Steps and Roland. Kathy was quick to call people family; a testament to her love of people as she loved her family with all her being. Kathy was always ready to tell anyone listening about the family she loved; brothers, husband, children, and most especially; her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Alvin Bell; parents, Billie and Bart Jr. Moreland; and her brothers, Gaylon and Terry Moreland. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Lee Ann Acker (Andy); and son and daughter-in-law, James Richard Bell (Toni); and 5 grandchildren.
According to Kathy's wishes she will be cremated and her ashes placed with her loved ones. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, August 7, 2021 at Natural Steps Baptist Church, 12011 Hwy. 300, Roland, Arkansas, with Brother Andy Acker officiating.

Words and emotions can’t express the sadness and emptiness felt at the loss of someone so precious and dear.
I still hear her voice (so unique) as we talked about EVERYTHING! Every conversation started with, “Hi, Cindy, listen, watcha doing†and always ending with, “I love you!†I will so very much miss those words, but feel at peace and joy that they are etched and live forever in my heart. God bless and enfold you with loving arms.
Love, Cindy, Rocky, and Junior.
I knew Kathy as far back as I can remember and always considered her a good friend. Unfortunately, after high school, it was several years before I saw her again, but visiting with her although briefly, was a true blessing. Rest in peace, Kathy.

She always had a laugh and smile for you. She loved everyone and she loved her family with all she had. She had such a kind heart. If you needed or could use whatever she had she would gladly let you have it. When she saw someone in need she tried to help weather she knew you or not. Very very good friend. I will miss her a lot.
Aunt Kathy will be missed dearly. She was my favorite aunt, as well as my sons' favorite great aunt. Nick says he will miss her peanut butter cake. Matt said he will miss her hugs and Luke said he will miss her sense of humor. She was a great woman with a huge heart.
