Bobbye Jean Gray Byler

BOBBYE JEAN GRAY BYLER, Bobbye Byler, 90, peacefully entered the Kingdom of Heaven on July 23, 2021. She was born April 15, 1931, in Atkins, to Boyd and Lois Maxwell Gray.
Bobbye graduated from Hector High School, Class of 1949. Following graduation, she earned an Associate Degree in Education from Arkansas Polytechnic College (now, Arkansas Tech University). At Tech, Bobbye was a talented piano student. Her love of music was an important part of her life. For 20 years, Bobbye was a Trip Planner for the AAA Auto Club.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her three brothers, Gyles Maxwell Gray, Donald Gray (Carol), and Randall Gray (Oma) and by her daughter, Tracye Byler Harris (Ken).
She is survived by children Susan Antonetti (John) of Bryant, Tim Byler (Brenda) of Morrilton, and son-in-law Ken Harris of North Little Rock. Bobbye was a devoted grandmother to Trey, Laure Catherine, and Tanner Antonetti; Joshua and Blake Byler; and Emily and Evan Harris. She was a doting great grandmother to Allison and Wyatt Byler, and Maxwell and Ruby Schutze. Also surviving are her sister, Betty Laniel (Walter), and brothers Jerry Gray (Lorene) and Rick Gray (Jeanie); all of Hector, Arkansas; and many nieces and nephews.
A private family service of remembrance will be held on Friday, August 20, 2021, at 10:30 am in the Community Church of Caglesville, led by her son-in-law, John Antonetti.

Tim and family,
We are sorry to hear of the loss of your mother. It sounded like she had a pretty cool life and had LOTS of great memories with all the people she loved. It is never easy when a loved one dies…cry for a short time because she’s gone then smile for a long time because she was here. Our family is thinking about your family during this difficult time.
