She was a kind soul. She had the most amazing voice & raised the most amazing kids. My heart goes out to Tommy, Sam, Judd, & Amy, but most of all the grandkids who lost their grandmother. Prayers for comfort and healing. She is singing with the angels.
Although I did not know Karen personally, what I do know is she did a heck of a job raising an outstanding man in her son, Sam. Sam is one of the most genuine, big hearted, kind person I know and I would imagine Karen had a big part in that.
Praying for you all!
So sorry to hear about Karen. I will always remember the summer that I worked for Aaron John and Joy and had lunch with their family every day. Thoughts and prayers are with Joy, Tommy and their families.
I have read the messages and discovered that just about everyone remembers Karen the way I do from her Junior High days when I first met her. Even then, she was a joy to have in music class with her sweet smile and precious attitude. I am grateful for the Zion Lutheran Church's influence in her life, and for the knowledge that she's having no problems breathing today. May God bless Tommy and the other family members with peace and comfort in these difficult days.
Prayers for Tommy, children & grandchildren.
Karen was a wonderful person to work with Coldwater Creek. Karen spoke about Tommy and children. And then about grands When would see each other out. Beautiful lady, Karen will be missed by many.
Karen was a very genuine person and always had a smile on her face. I know her grandkids were always talking about her. She will be terribly missed. May the angels and god be with the whole family. Miss Judy
We have lost a beautiful, talented, and wonderful friend with a contagious laugh and an enormous sense of humor. We know you are singing with the angels to our Heavenly Father and this is the only measure of peace and comfort at losing you here with us! Love you “smart†Karen
So sorry for you loss. Prayers for all the family.
Amy’s mom was a FUN mom! She had all these games & gadgets at the kitchen counter when we were kids. At the time, I remember thinking they were just neat little toys, but now that I’m a mom myself, I understand it was a way to distract us, to get us to sit down and talk. She was a beautiful, wonderful lady and the Cunningham house was an anchor of stability in my teenage years. God blessed her with many talents and she honored Him on this Earth by using them well. Although I can’t attend services for Miss Karen, (we’re out of state on an extended trip), I’m sending my love and prayers to her family and friends.
I am so sorry for your loss. Karen was an amazing lady. She will truly be missed. Love and prayers for you all.

So heartbroken about this tragedy. This disease is ruthless and taking so many loved ones away from us. I cannot imagine the pain that you all are feeling. Karen was such a sweetheart and beautiful woman. God be with this family through this and the rest of your living days. Remember that she is with her God now and no longer suffering. But that thought will still not ease your current heartache. Prayers and guidance for you all..
