I’m so glad I got to meet cousin Cliff in person. My Dad, uncle Doc (Hardy), loved his family so much that he was never without a story about one or more of them. It did take me awhile to figure out most went under their middle names, I was 26 before I knew Joe & Wicker were the same person... I know he loved his sister, Aunt Hazel, more that anyone and he always wanted his oldest bother, (Cliff’s dad) uncle Loss’s approval. My dad always called Arkansas his home even though my mom would joke and ask him why he was in our house then! I could clearly see by Cliff’s Facebook page all the things my dad instilled in me, God, family, and a great love of laughter. I stole all of cousin Cliff’s jokes to tell at my morning meetings; so he gave more joy to people he didn’t even know. I will miss you Cliff I wish I could have spent more time with you...say hi to my dad!!! I love all y’all.... God’s got you now🙏🙏🙏😇

Cliff came in the Barber shop that I worked in for 29 years.... he was kind, nice and funny. He always had something to talk about and I teased him by singing "Cliffie baby" to him to the tune of Sherry Baby to which he generally had a funny quip to toss my way. Cliff is going to be missed. I pray that he rests in sweet peace.

Cliff and Linda have been our neighbor for 23 years. They have watched our children grow from the time they were born until they left home for college. Cliff (and family!) always made time to stop and talk with us to catch up with what was happening in all our lives. I sure am going to miss Cliff’s smile and “hello neighbor!” anytime we were both outside. I bet he knew every neighbor and dog who walked down Kenyon St. Every time my dog was outside she would go straight to the Wiggs house, especially if she heard Cliff’s voice. And he always made time for her. He always made time for all of us. I have never met a kinder man or a man more dedicated to his family. You all are such a close family. Kim, Beverly and Linda I mean this from the bottom of my heart, I am so, so sorry for your loss. I am going to miss Cliff’s daily presence in my life so very much. Much love to you all,
Barbara, Hank, Elisabeth, Jessie and Ruby

I remember my husband, Tommy, talking about how much he enjoyed working with Cliff long before I met him and it was obvious why the first time we met. Cliff was a very nice and endearing person who knew how to keep you laughing. We still have a personally made wooden Home Sweet Home plaque he gave Tommy and I when the plant closed. We enjoyed visiting with him at the reunions as well. He will be missed. Our condolences to his wife and family. You are in our prayers. 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Clifton is my favorite Facebook relative. He has mastered the art of professing his love for God, family and friends while making us all smile with his posts. If God was needing a new person to post in the book of life He now has the best!

The Wiggs family have been a part of my life since early childhood. Mama & Daddy (Ken & Peggy Green) got to know the Wiggs when daddy was stationed in Arkansas. They met at church and became lifetime friends. Unfortunately they didn’t see each other regularly, through the years, but when they did see each other their friendship picked up where they left off. I have such fond memories of playing with Beverly as a child. Such a sweet family!
Clifton’s humor has entertained me through Facebook for a long time. That’s one thing he and my dad have in common, their enjoyment of telling jokes.
May God bless this family as they endure this loss! Thankfully for all be together for all eternity one day soon. Regina McGahey
