Jimmy Blaine Biddle, 84, of Dover passed away on Friday, July 10, 2021. Jimmy served our Nation in the United States Navy. He worked as a County Assessor for Phillips County. Jimmy attended First Baptist Church in Dover, Arkansas. He is survived by two sisters; Sara Scott and Julia Reeves, one brother; Johnny Biddle, and numerous other family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents Vernon and Olivia Biddle.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 14, 2021, at 9 A.M. at the First Baptist Church in Dover, Arkansas, funeral service will follow at 10 A.M. with Bro. Jeff Paxton officiating.
Mr. Biddle will have a graveside service on Thursday, July 15, 2021, at 2 P.M. at the Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery in West Helena, AR. with Mike Menge officiating.

I remember Jimmy as a kind and gentle spirited man. He was generous in his caring for others. What a powerful man for one who was so quiet. He will be missed but with the knowledge he is with our Lord.
