Lena Sue Stoddard Caldwell, went to be with the Lord on July 7, 2021. Lena Sue was the mother of 4 children: John, Cynthia Ann (Died at 10 days old), Jerry, and Karen Caldwell Edgin. Lena Started as a Teller at National Bank of Commerce main office downtown Memphis and worked her way up to become branch manager of the NBC branch office at Adams and Main street. Lena then semi-retired and went to work for Chicago Title until she fully retired.

She is preceded in death by her husband James Caldwell, parents Delcie and Lewis Stoddard, brother Robert Stoddard, and Sister Geraldine Stoddard Benefield. She is survived by her sister Wanda Stoddard Davis, three children John Caldwell (Cathy), Jerry Caldwell (Julie), Karen Edgin (Chris), five grand-children, Jennifer Caldwell Martin (AJ), Christopher Caldwell, Madison Caldwell, Jacob Hays, and Mallory Caldwell, two great grand-children, Harley Ann Martin and Jonah Martin, and by several lifelong friends.
