Phillip W. Horne, Jr., 47, a resident of Paris, passed away Wednesday, July 7, 2021.
He was born September 17, 1973, in Booneville to Phillip Horne, Sr. and Deborah (Walker) Siebe. Phillip was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Dennis and Ruth Horne; maternal grandparents, Robert and Juanita Walker and an uncle, Denny Horne.
Survivors include his wife, Carla Horne of Paris; a son, Wayne Horne, III of Paris; a stepdaughter, Dana Stevens of Barling; his father, Phillip Horne, Sr. and companion, Joyce Rye of Paris; his mother, Deborah Siebe and stepfather, William of Delaware; a stepbrother, Shawn Siebe of Park City, Utah; a sister, Angela (Horne) Jimenez of Magazine, step-grandmother, Lorraine Cardner of Tehachapi, California and numerous nieces and nephews.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris.
