Jolene Sisk, age 85 of Big Flat, Arkansas went to be with the Lord early Wednesday morning, June 30th, 2021 at Highland Court in Marshall, Arkansas. She was born in Big Flat, Arkansas on September 27th, 1935 to Bertha Mae Reece Anderson and Thomas Rankin Anderson.

Jolene married George Sisk of Big Flat on February 25th, 1950. They were blessed with 71 years together, one daughter, two sons, and later, one adopted daughter. Jolene attended the Big Flat Assembly of God church for many years until she was no longer physically able. She worked for many years helping to provide for her family at various places, including shirt factories and the Baxter Lab in Mountain Home. Jolene was a dedicated homemaker. Her passions in life were her Lord and Savior, tending and caring for her family above and beyond any measure, and growing her beautiful flowers. Among her many blessings, she was gifted with a green thumb and could make a cutting of any living plant flourish. She was not just a mother; she was a "Mama" to all her children, grand and great. She instilled in all of our hearts everything we needed to carry on through this journey of Life.

Survivors include her husband, George Sisk; her children, Betty Davis, Jeffery Sisk (Belinda), Lee Sisk (Felicia) and Alyson Sisk; grandchildren, Nathan Sisk (Sharon), Tiffany Davis, Logan Sisk, Trenton Tilley, Tristen Sisk and Maci Kate Tilley; great-grandchildren, Ashlynn Vaughn, Christian Rymel (Hannah), Casin Rymel (Victoria), Cameron Fause and Katy Fause (Marcus); great-great grandchildren, Renaux Cox, Rebel Rymel, Arlon Collins, Axle Rymel, Bentley McCracken, Aubry McCracken and Willow McCracken.

Jolene is preceded in death by her parents, Rankin and Bertha Anderson; siblings, Clifford Anderson, Claude "Happy Jack" Anderson, Denton Anderson, and Evylene Anderson Lawrence; two nephews, Donald Lawrence and Ronnie Lawrence; and one beloved son-in-law, Lucene Davis.

Funeral services for Jolene will be 2:00 PM Saturday, July 3rd, 2021 at Big Flat Assembly of God church in Big Flat, Arkansas with Bro. Darin Holliman and Bro. Larry Watts officiating. Visitation will be 1:00 till 2:00 PM preceding the service. Burial will be in Wallis Cemetery in Stone County, Arkansas. Bearers will be Tristen Sisk, Logan Sisk, Nathan Sisk, Lee Sisk, Mike Sisk and Randall Sisk. Honorary bearers will be Ricky Treat, Jeff Sisk, Richard Lawrence, Jimmy Lawrence, Jesse Lawrence, Jeff Ramsey and Darrell Ramsey.
