Reba Gilpatrick, 88, of Conway, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord June 17, 2021. She was born January 4, 1933, in Bee Branch, Arkansas to Edwin and Janett French. Reba was preceded in death by her husbands, Harold Linn and Harvey Gilpatrick, her sister, Paula parish and her parents.
She loved to travel and especially loved to garden.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Ricky Linn (Carmen), David Linn (Melinda) and Cathy Ashlock (Lenny), grandchildren, Justin Squires, Jayme Gourley (Joni), Misty Battles (Sean), Coty Linn, Danielle Conrad (Garry), Brandon Ashlock (Misty), Chris Ashlock, Amber Walton, Brooke Kavalska, Anthony Schultz, Shasta Floyd and Michael Young, great-grandchildren, Haley, Austin, Wyatt, Emma, Chris, River, Layla, Logan, Daniel, Kaylin, Jayci, Braelynn, Jayden, Kinsley, Paisley, Brayden and Braleigh, her great-great grandchild Bentley Squires, brother, Deward French (Rose) and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be on Tuesday June 22, 2021 at 2:00PM at Roller McNutt Funeral home in Conway, AR. Visitation will begin at 1:00PM, one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at Crestlawn Memorial Park.
The family would like to give a special Thank You to Hospice Home Care for the great care they gave to their mom.

I would like to give my condolences to the family of Reba. Sorry for your loss. I have only known Miss Reba for about 6 or 7 years, doing yard work for her and mowing her yard. I will say that her and I became fast friends. She was a sweet, kindhearted person who never let me leave the house without sharing her lunch with me or giving me a sweet snack. She would fix me a cup of coffee to sit and drink with her, even though it was 95 degrees outside! I will miss her. Michael

She was about 4 or 5 years younger than my mom. I remember seeing Reba as a young red haired mom with one of you babies at church at Damascus. Then later in in life at R&C . She was always smiling and encouraging others. She will be missed.

I’m so very sad to read about this special lady passing from this life to the next. Sad because I know you’ll miss her everyday. I remember her as a kid going to church where she was a fixture and always made you feel happy to be there. Playing over at the Linn house was also a fond memory. Feeling welcome always and fixing snacks for rowdy boys. She was always an example y’all should be proud of. Our moms were friends and now I’m sure they’re glad to see each other in that mansion on the hill. I am better for knowing the entire Linn family of which I know she was the foundation for their warmth and caring.

I’m so sorry to hear about Reba. She was Such a beautiful person. I only met her in her later years when she was with Henk Overbeek, but I am thankful for the little bit I was able to spend with her. It is a shame how things worked out between her family and Henk, even more of a shame how they will not allow him to come down and pay his respects to her, regardless of your feelings she loved him and he her. But regardless on my feelings about her family’s decisions, my heart and condolences still goes out to her family and their loss. Reba and her family are in my prayers.
