Rosie Lee McBroome passed away peacefully on Monday, June 14, 2021 at the age of 85. She was born to Herbert and Virgie Byrd in Damascus, Arkansas.
Rosie enjoyed a long career as a hairdresser. She was also a faithful member of Oak Bowery Baptist Church and a member of the VFW Auxiliary.
Rosie was preceded in death by her parents; her two sons; Rickey and Franky Mullins, her sister; Nell Bostic and grandson; Scottie Mullins.
Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 49 years; Billy Ray McBroome, her daughter; Melissa Harter (Jeromy) of Conway and two sons; Jimmy and Kenny Mullins (Marilyn) both from Conway. Her sister; Bonnie Magie; Her brother; Jean Byrd (Sue). Her nine grandchildren; Brandon Mullins (Katie), Kayleah Rhoads (Jarod), Chris Mullins, Bryan Mullins, Destini Lawhan (Nick), Devan Griffith (James), Desarai Starr, Dylan Starr and Brad Tubbs (Carrie). Seven great-grandchildren; Lane Tubbs (Chelsey), Hensley, Mason, Hannah, Ethan, Lindsey, and Riley Mullins. One great-great grandson; Bennett Tubbs and also her daughter-in-law; Jane Mullins and Brother in Law; Dale Bostic.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 19, 2021 at Oak Bowery Baptist Church at 10:00AM.
