of Pangburn, AR
September 11, 1957 - June 1, 2021
Karen Duff, 63, of Pangburn, Arkansas was called home by her Lord on June 1, 2021. She was born September 11, 1957 in Redding, California to her parents, Richard Charles Buckley and Norma Leona Brown Abney.
She is preceded in death by her fathers, Richard Buckley and Richard Abney, one son, Billy Ray Abernathy, two brothers, Kenneth and Richard Duncan and two sisters, Sharon George and Debbie Duncan.
Left to cherish her memory is her mother Norma Abney; two sisters, Kathy Springer and Lynda Patrick; her children, Anita Harbin, William (Angie) Abernathy, Jacqueline Abernathy and Nicole (Jeremy) Stayton; twelve grandchildren and two great grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews and other extended family and friends.
Karen worked as a baker at a donut shop for several years and she worked for the Daily Citizen as a route carrier until her health made it impossible for her to continue to do so. The thing that she was best known for was being a loving person. She loved her family and friends. She enjoyed the time that she had with them and looked at each one as being special for who they were. She looked at being very fortunate to be able to live close to her family and to raise her children near her parents so they could have a close relationship with her parents and extended family.
Service will be held at Roller-Daniel Funeral Home on Saturday, June 5, 2021 with visitation at 3:00PM and the service to begin at 4:00PM. Pallbearers will be Joseph and Robbie Patrick, Kenny Swinson, James, Mikey and Brandon Hill and Gavin Howard. Jessie Hill will serve as Honorary Pallbearer.
