Mr. Frazier, Robbie, Terry: I’m so sorry to learn of Ms Shirley’s passing. She was an amazing lady who touched so many, myself included. I know what it’s like to lose a mom. Shirley was a lot like my Mom. Like Mary Poppins - “practically perfect in every way.†A long time ago, (HS days) I went to the bank, where she worked to cash my pay check. I had an account there, but for whatever reason I wanted the check cashed in it’s entirety. As I recall, it was about $200. Shirley asked me, “What are you going to do with $200†Simple question for which I had no answer. She then suggested that I deposit some and I knew she was right and said ok, give me $150. Then she gave me this look...and I didn’t want to drag the conversation on...and just said ok, Mrs. Frazier, $100 will be good enough. I can’t tell you how many times in the last 40+ years that I’ve used that lesson. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. You will miss her every day that you wake up. But the things she taught you will become acutely aware to you as life goes on. That acuteness is because her spirit is still with you and it matters...as you will see. It’s a good thing.
Jerry, Robbie, Terry and family. So very sorry for your loss. She was such a great example of a wife, mother and Christian. Prayers for you all that you may have calm and peace knowing that she’s in a much better place!ðŸ™ðŸ»
