Patricia Ann Cockman

of Wooster, AR

June 29, 1936 - May 21, 2021

Patricia Ann Cockman, 84, of Wooster, went to be with the Lord on Friday, May 21, 2021. She was born June 29, 1936 to Raymond Benjamin Stanfiell and Dorothy Louise Johns Young.

Patricia was an unforgettable lady with the ability to make you laugh and always touched your heart with love and a whole lot of joy. In high school, she played basketball, roller-skated, and was the FHA President. She learned the skills of cooking and sewing at an early age, and those became helpful when she was married at 20 years old and began filling her role as a homemaker, and later, a mother. When her daughters were growing up, ''Mr. and Mrs. C's'' house was the place to be. All her daughter's friends loved hanging out and being a part of outings with their family. Patricia could create extravagant floral arrangements and made the flowers for several weddings in her family, including both of her daughter's. She and her husband traveled to different churches while he was an interim music director. Patricia also shared in the love for music, specifically the old hymns, as she sang solos, with quartets and played the piano. You could find her watching game shows, and old Westerns, and later in life, you could always find her close to her iPad, playing endless hours of Candy Crush. More than anything, Patricia's life was devoted to loving her husband, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She will be missed, but her memory will be cherished, and her legacy will continue through those who loved and cared for her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Charles Cockman, and a sister, Raymona McKinnon.

Patricia is survived by her daughters, Tracey Williams and her husband, Paul, and Valerie Andrews and her husband, Warren; grandchildren, Tyler Ryals, and his wife, Kaitlyn, Bailey Taylor and her husband, Todd, Ben Williams, and Shelby Ryals; great-grandchildren, Levi Taylor, Amelia Ryals, Klaira Ryals, and Asher Taylor; a brother-in-law, Elbert Ragsdale, and many other nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

A Funeral Service will be Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Roller-Ballard Funeral Home, 306 S. Main Street, Benton. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time, beginning at 1:00 p.m.

Interment will follow the service at Forest Hills Memorial Park in Alexander.
