Margaret Euleta Doddridge

of Benton, AR

December 13, 1927 - May 22, 2021

Margaret Euleta (DuVall) Doddridge was born in Atkins, Arkansas on December 13, 1927. Her Lord called her home May 22, 2021.

She was a devoted wife, mama, grandma, and friend. Margaret was a pastor's wife for 56 years. The tasks of a pastor's wife can be a challenge. But with her, it was an honor and a privilege to live a life of service to others. She was a very humble and loving servant to the Most High. She fought a good fight, finished the course, and kept the faith. Henceforth this is laid for her a crown of righteousness which the Lord, the Righteous Judge shall give to her at that day, and not to her only, but unto all of them that love His appearing.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Norris Doddridge, her parents, Walter and Cordie DuVall, six brothers, and five sisters.

She is survived by two sons, Ray Love (Jeanne) and Michael Doddridge, daughters, Anita Greenabaum (Bill), Cathy Acord (Gary), seven grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren.

A Funeral Service will be Wednesday, May 26, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Roller-Ballard Funeral Home, 306 S. Main Street St., Benton. Visitation will be an hour prior to service time, beginning at 10:00 a.m.

Interment will follow the service at Traskwood Cemetery in Traskwood.

We will miss my sweet Aunt Euleta!♥️ Loved her very much! My last visit with Euleta was about four years ago. I treasure that visit and regret I did not go back again! We talked about old memories and shared a few stories that day! She kept telling me a few stories about growing up and the hard times the family had with 12 siblings and how the kids in her family had to help a lot with their younger siblings and no father to help! Treasure always my talks with my sweet Aunt Euleta! 💜

I loved my Aunt Margaret very much! She loved the Lord and was a wonderful wife and mother and was great fun to be around. Living in Oregon my husband and I were able to spend time with her and the family a couple of years ago which was so special for us. I know she is now with our Lord, Uncle Norris, and so many family and friends, and filled with joy and peace. Our sincere condolences to all the family! Marilan and Marvin Money, Dallas, Oregon

I always enjoyed Margaret’s smile and wave as I passed by these past 22 years as her neighbor. Although she lived a very long and fruitful life, she will be dearly missed.
