Mr. Marvin H. Hodges age 88 of Mountain Home passed away Monday, May 10, 2021 in Mountain Home, Arkansas. He was born September 28, 1932 in Amos, Arkansas to Otto H. and Jessie (Sanders) Hodges.

Mr. Hodges was a retired Sewing Machine Mechanic and a member of the Mountain Home Church of Christ. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and time spent with family.

Mr. Hodges is survived by his wife, Frances Hodges of the home, three sons; Gene Hodges (Sharon) of Mountain Home, Henry Hodges (Leanne) of Mountain Home, Allan Hodges (Trudy) of Mountain Home, three daughters; Louise Alexander (Trent) of Mountain Home, Shiretta Pfalser (Kevin) of Cabot, Arkansas, Shirley Brill (Chris) of Mountain Home, eighteen grandchildren, twenty-nine great-grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren, thirty bonus grandchildren, one brother; Melton Hodges (Janelle) of Melbourne, Arkansas, one sister; Evelyn Harris (Winfred) of Sacramento, California and one sister-in-law: Joann Hodges of Mountain Home. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers; Alvin Hodges and Melvin Hodges, sister-in-law, Merlyn Hodges.

Visitation will be 1:00PM Thursday, May 13, 2021 at the Mountain Home Church of Christ with a funeral service to follow at 2:00PM with Ken Burton officiating. Burial will be private.

Dear Hodges Family
I am so sorry to hear of Mr Hodges passing. He was a gentle and kind man. I grew up with him at church and later years got to be around him as he was repairing machines. I always loved seeing him. He wil be missed by many but we know he is walking the streets of gold. Keeping the entire family in my thoughts and prayers.
