Mary Jane Allman, 72, of DeWitt, Arkansas, passed from this life into her heavenly reward, on May 6, 2021. She was born on November 4, 1948, to Thomas Larkin Finney and Florence Elena Finney. Mary was born in Rollison, Arkansas, resided many years in Hughes, Arkansas, and spent her remaining years in DeWitt, Arkansas.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her spouse, Franklin Allman; her siblings: Wilburn Finney, Leslie Finney, Lois Finney, Hazel Shaw, Marvin Finney, Bernice Matlock, Elmer Morris, Velma Wooten, George Morris, Christine Williams, Doris Latino, T.L. Finney, Joseph Finney, Martha Nelson and Howard Finney.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are three brothers, Leon Finney (Lorene), Earl Morris (Marie), and Pete Latino; daughters, Shelia Cochran of Gerald, Missouri, Kim Brown (David) of DeWitt, Arkansas, and Ashley Wharfield (Miles) of Gerald, Missouri; her grandchildren: Keith Smith (Abby), Brandon Smith (Keena) , Brian Presley, David Brown, Adam Cochran, Caleb Brown, Aaron Presley, Jordan Brown, Evan Presley, Marissa Ditto, Sophie Brown; and her great grandchildren: Chloe Smith, Franklin Smith, Roland Smith, and Julia Smith.
Mary enjoyed being a homemaker and filling her home with love. She was a mother and a friend to all she met. She will be deeply missed.
Visitation will be held at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home, 201 N Pine Street, West Memphis, Arkansas, on Tuesday, May 11, 2021, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, with a funeral service immediately following. Interment will be at Crittenden Memorial Park, 2206 US-64, Marion, Arkansas.
