Billy Hill, 85, of Mountain View, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, May 2, 2021 at Stone County Medical Center in Mountain View, Arkansas. Billy was born on May 28, 1935 in Courtland, Alabama to the late Leon and Elsie (Noble) Hill. Billy served in the United States Army for three years and worked as a printer for the Stone County Leader as well as Mountain View Printing and Office Supplies. Billy loved to fish and was very good at fixing anything mechanical. Billy was a loving son, brother, husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather and will be greatly missed by all of his loving family and friends.
Billy is survived by son, Shawn Hill; daughter, Melissa ''Lisa'' Hill Drewyor; three sisters, Doris, Linda, and Joyce; granddaughters, Shasta, Sheena, Kimberly, Amber, Candice, and Rachel; grandsons, Joseph and Brandon; great-grandchildren, Madison, Armani, Terik, Caitlyn, Shawn Wayne, Aiden, Eilam, Brandon, Ariel, Riley, Jayden, Leona, Eli, Averie, Scarlette, Stella, Asher and Angel; great-great grandson, Lucas; as well as many extended family and friends.
Billy was preceded in death by his parents, Leon and Elsie (Noble) Hill; wife, Nadine Gier Hill; daughter, Ramona Lee; brother, J.C. Hill; and sisters, Judy, Janet, and Katherine.
Visitation and graveside services for Billy Hill will take place on Wednesday, May 5, 2021, with visitation beginning at 1:30 PM and graveside services beginning at 2:00 PM at Case Cemetery in Mountain View, Arkansas with Brother Jim Bullard officiating.
Pallbearers are Jimmy Wayne Foster, Tony Anderson, Bob Drewyor, Aiden Branscum, Brandon Rackley, Jordan Hicks, and Andrew Southern. Honorary pallbearers are Craig Smith and Shawn Hill.
Roller Crouch Funeral Home in Mountain View, Arkansas is in charge of the arrangements.
