Mary Lucille Koch, 70, of Scranton, Arkansas passed away on Monday, April 26, 2021 in Russellville, Arkansas. She was born on June 17, 1950 in Paris, Arkansas to her parents, Jim and Athie (Pearson) Thompson.

Mary worked as a Registered Nurse for Tyson Foods in Clarksville and was a member of St. Meinrad Catholic Church and Mother's Society in Prairie View. She loved to go to the casino in her free time.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by one sister, Emma Sue Thompson and three brothers, Jimmy Thompson, James Thompson and Norman Thompson.

She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Daniel Koch of Scranton; three sons, Bryan Scott Koch and wife Patti of Scranton, Kelvin Koch of Scranton and Michael Koch and wife Carla of Scranton; two sisters, Brenda Thompson of Russellville and Judy Thompson of Russellville; three brothers, Billy Joe Thompson of Subiaco, Wes Thompson of Subiaco and Herb Thompson and wife Charlotte of Little Rock; 9 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.

A memorial rosary service will be held at 7:00 p.m., on Friday, April 30, 2021 at St. Meinrad Catholic Church in Prairie View.

A memorial mass will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Saturday, May 1, 2021 at St. Meinrad Catholic Church officiated by Fr. John Miranda. Burial of cremated remains will follow in St. Meinrad Catholic Cemetery under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris.

We are complying with the church guidelines and all attendees must provide and wear their own masks before entering.

I will NEVER have so much respect for anyone like the respect I have for u....I may not have told u or have shown u but, u have given my children more than I EVER could in a lifetime and for that....I WILL NEVER forget u EVER!!! U took my children in with open loving arms and I'm so GRATEFUL for that!!! U have ALWAYS been the MIRACLE WORKER....as a person...and as a Nurse!!!
