Linda McHalffey, 71, of Brookland, Arkansas, passed away Friday, April 23, 2021, at Ridgecrest Nursing Center. She was born December 19, 1949, to the late J.W. and Carlene Ruth (Overman) McHalffey in Jonesboro. Linda was a member of the Potters House Church and worked as an artist. She enjoyed collecting rocks, listening to music, and quilting.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Danny and Gary McHalffey; and sister, Sandy Meader McHalffey.
Left to cherish her memory are brothers, Larry and Rick McHalffey; sister, Wanda Brannon; and many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service for Linda will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 27, 2021, at Pine Log Cemetery pavilion. Linda's family will serve as pallbearers.
My heart goes out to Wanda and her family in the loss of Linda.
Linda was an amazing artist and I loved talking genealogy with her. Her family was very important .
