Betty Ruth McCullough

of Alpena, AR

October 3, 1932 - April 15, 2021

Betty Ruth McCullough, age 88, of Alpena, passed away peacefully at her home Thursday, April 15, 2021. Betty was born October 3, 1932, at Batavia, Arkansas, the daughter of Thomas Fletcher Studyvin and Vera Loree Brackett. She was preceded in death by two daughters, Brenda Schell and Judy Fultz; and one son, John McCullough.

Betty enjoyed cooking, singing, crocheting, and most of all spending time with her beloved family. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Betty is survived by her loving husband, Harry McCullough, of Alpena; three daughters, Connie Savage of Harrison, Patricia and son-in-law Jeff Hankins of Ottawa, Kansas, and Tina and son-in-law Bill Burns of Alpena, Arkansas; one son, Joe and daughter-in-law Rose McCullough of Rogers, Arkansas; fourteen grandchildren, Rusty, Jeff, Destiny, Mark, Monica, Tony, Nathaniel, Josh, Julie, Jonah, Michael, Lasea, Billy Jack and Buster; thirty-five great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation was Monday, April 19, 2021, at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home.

Funeral Service was also on Monday, April 19, 2021, at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home with Steve Murphy officiating.

Pallbearers were Betty's grandchildren.
