Shirley Jackson went to be with our Lord on April 14, 2021. Born Shirley Ruth Aaron on August 6, 1940 in Marvell, Arkansas to Oscar and Zula Aaron. She was a member of Kensett First Baptist Church.
Shirley was a longtime caregiver for the White County Area. She loved helping people and the ones that she loved to help the most was her family. Shirley loved seeing to their needs and spoiling them as often as she could. She loved to crochet and would crochet the 23rd Psalm and hang them in the house or give them as gifts. Left to cherish her memory are two sisters, Annette Turley and Cathy Ezell of Heber Springs; two brothers Virgil Aaron of Heber Springs, and Steve Aaron of Jacksonville, Florida; one son, James (Sondra) Grider of Pleasant Plains; two daughters, Jo Barlow and Janet Cherry, both of Searcy; five grandchildren, Shauna (Murry) Pate of Hickory Flat, D.J. A former sister-n-law that had the kindest and gentle way about her-I seriously doubt that she ever had 1 person that didn’t like or love her dearly!
She was a loving mom to the 3 kids that I knew and the best wife she knew how to be—can’t wait to see her again in God’s new worldâ£ï¸
