June 29, 1931 - April 7, 2021
Belva Dunlap Roberts, 89, of Memphis, Tennessee, passed away Thursday, April 7, 2021, at her home. She was born June 29, 1931, in Jonesboro, Arkansas, to the late Dellos C. and Nancy Agnes Greer. She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Bartlett and enjoyed going to the Senior Citizens Center events, traveling with her daughters, and loving on and taking care of her dogs.
She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Sherman Dunlap; recent husband, Earl Roberts; son, Sherman Lee Dunlap; daughter, Lucinda Nichols; and five siblings.
Left to cherish her memory are daughter, Connie (Brian) DuBose; grandchildren, Larry (Angela) Allen, Clinton (Jennifer) Allen, Kendall (Janine) Spargo, Stacy (Linda) Simpson, Kim (Mark) Carter, and Shelley (Jamie) Johnston; fifteen great grandchildren; and nine great-great grandchildren and one on the way.
A graveside service for Belva will be held on Friday, April 9, 2021, at Unity Cemetery at 3:00 pm with Pastor Mike Blaylock officiating.
