Buddy Brown, age 72, of Mtn. View, AR passed away peacefully in his sleep on March 25, 2021.
Buddy is survived by his wife Lola Brown (Callahan), his three daughters Cheryl Moore, Felicia Franks, and Laura Moore; eight grandchildren Matthew, Micah, Jake, Josh, Anna, Abbe, Hunter and Jude and one great grandson Josiah.
Buddy was born on January 22, 1949 to Burley and Laura Brown (Turner). He was preceded in death by his parents, Burley and Laura, five brothers, Grady, Elmer, Jimmy, Tommy and Elvin and one sister Georgia.
He was a veteran of the United States Army, serving in the Vietnam War. He retired as the sanitation supervisor for the city of Mtn. View. Throughout his life he had various jobs and hobbies. His greatest joy came from taking care of his family. He was the best Daddy and Grandpa. He will be greatly missed by those he devoted his life too.
A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, March 27 at 10 a.m. at the Mtn. View First Assembly of God (The Dome Church-708 N. Bayou Drive) with Pastor Mike Sullivan officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Joy cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, March 27 at 9 a.m. at Mtn. View First Assembly of God (The Dome Church-708 N. Bayou Drive).
Pallbearers are Jake Burns, Josh Burns, Matthew Moore, Hunter Swafford, Johnny Brown, and Michael Laird.
Honorary pallbearers are Micah Moore and Mike Carroll.
Roller Crouch Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Lola an family we’re so sorry 😢 Buddy was a great dad and grandpa great grandpa. He loved you all very much. Will miss him coming down visiting Walter and having coffee. And helping us and others!! And a wonderful smile🥰🥰🥰
