Brenda Hartwick Lister passed away, Monday, March 22, 2021, in North Little Rock, Arkansas. She was born in Conway, Arkansas, on September 14, 1948, to Connie Hartwick and Susie Dixon Hartwick.
Brenda worked her entire career in accounting, with clients like Holt Insulation and The Guardian Church Goods Store in Little Rock. Then in January 1991 Brenda and her sister, Barbara formed Hartwick and Lister Income Tax and Bookkeeping where she worked until the time of her passing.
Brenda was preceded in death by her parents, Connie and Susie Hartwick and her sister, Martha Jane Hartwick.
She is survived by her sons, Phillip, Allen (Melissa) and Kevin Lister; sister, Barbara Hartwick of North Little Rock, AR; brother, Charles Wayne Hartwick of Mt. Vernon, AR; nieces and nephews, Alethia (Payton) Hartwick Bannon, Gene (Marilee) Stanley and Bryan (Camille) Stanley.
A Visitation for Brenda will be held at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home, Conway, AR, Friday, March 26, 2021, from 6:00 to 8:00pm. Funeral Services for her will be at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home Chapel, Saturday, March 27, 2021, at 10:00am and final interment will be in Old Texas Cemetery, Guy, AR.
My heart is so saddened by the loss of Brenda. She was a wonderful friend whom I could talk to very privately and she always helped ease my worry and struggles. She was a precious friend and great lady. She has a wonderful family and will leave behind a lovely memory of her loving kindness and sincere caring spirit. I will miss her terribly . We were friends for 40+ years.
I’ve known Brenda for quite a few years now and always enjoyed talking to her. Such a sweet and caring person. I’m so sad to learn of her passing. Prayers for her sister Barbara and all of Brenda’s family.

Barbara, I am so sorry for your loss. When y'all worked for Holt, you both were the nicest people in that place. I loved you both and missed you tremendously. I will be praying for you. If you need anything, please let me know.

Hey guys I'm sincerely sorry for y'alls lost.. Losing a parent is one hardest things I've ever had to go thru & i wanna say it gets easier with each day that passes by but honestly there's nothing easy its just more like u get use to them being gone! But hey she's up there n heaven smiling down @ her 3 boys she's always been proud of!!!

Although we never had the opportunity to meet Ms. Brenda in person, we have grown to love her son Kevin very much. He has such a big heart.
