I’m still in disbelief that you passed away. My heart breaks and all the memories of you growing up in Louisiana keep flashing in my head. You were an amazing uncle who was always there for me growing up. I will keep all those memories close to my heart forever. My heart and prayers go out to my aunt and cousins. I know you he was the sunshine in your lives. Just know he will always be with you and smiling at you from heaven. He was gone way to soon from a virus that has effected our country. God bless you. Rest In Peace Uncle Maher. I will miss you.
Love,

My uncle, Maher, gained his wings way too soon. He was my roommate in Louisiana growing up. He was my mother’s youngest brother. He shared my wife’s birthday, March 22nd. He studied to be a priest, then an airplane pilot, and then became a successful store owner. He prayed for hours every night. He spoiled me. He bought me three Michael Jackson jackets (such a big deal at the time) and was always happy to take us to Putt Putt where he provided us as many tokens as we ever wanted. I was there with him when he was frantically looking for the church on his wedding day. He was lost and he didn’t know the roads on the south side of Chicago. He was late for his own wedding but he tried so hard and it was a tremendous celebration. I will always remember him as a great man, a caring friend, a very hard worker and my uncle Maher. He loved his family and would do anything for their betterment over his needs. God bless him and his family as they are suffering terribly during this difficult time. May he Rest In Peace.
I grieve your loss with you. I am sending my deepest sympathy and love to the family and to all who loved this fine man.
