He is survived by his wife, Devonna Faye Vanderburg Culpepper of the home; sister, Janis Marie Culpepper Sutton and husband, Kenneth Sutton of Rogers, AR, and one niece, Kathleen Jordan Robinson of Rogers, Arkansas.

Visitation will be on Thursday, March 18, 2021, at First Baptist Church, 62 Pleasant Valley Drive, Little Rock, Arkansas beginning at 10:00am with services beginning at 11:00am. Burial will follow at Riverwood Memorial Gardens at the corner of Carnahan Drive and Commerce Drive in Maumelle.

Devonna, my deepest sympathy to you and your family for the loss of your beloved Cully. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Cully was a joy to work with, over the last 20 years, we talked not only about FSA but our history of growing up in Pine Bluff Arkansas. We loved to remember and laugh about our days of eating at McDonald's and Lybrand Bakery on Main Street and other memories. He brought laughter to the Arkansas FSA State Office and all of FSA office with his daily humor and jokes. I will miss his daily morning rounds to say good morning and good evening. FSA will not be the same without him. May God continue to bring peace and comfort to you and your family during this difficulty time. Rest in Love Cully, you will be greatly missed.
