I’m very sorry to hear of Steve’s passing. Due to school overcrowding, we shared a locker in junior high. As teenagers, Steve and I lived down the street from each other. We had some very enjoyable times together. My sincere condolences to the family.

Chris, I think about you and the others at the employment office often. I was Googling some of the names today, and was so saddened to learn of your son’s passing. I hope you have been well in the 52 years since I left Arkansas. I still have the birthday card that you sent me the following year. I hope this message gets to you. Stay safe!

My condolences to the family for your loss.
