We are so saddened to have learned of Fran's passing. Fran was a classmate of mine at NCS and a teenage friend of Jim's. Lots of memories riding horses and driving modified hot rods in the fields off Elmira Road. Fran was a very hard worker and always willing to help out a friend in need.
