Rita Jean Phillips, 74, of Coal Hill, Arkansas passed away March 2, 2021.She was born October 21, 1946, at San Francisco, CA, to the Earl R. Phillips, SR, and Marie (Metzger) Phillips.
Rita was preceded in death by her parents, Earl R. Phillips, SR, and Marie (Metzger) Phillips; and one brother Oscar Leroy Phillips
Rita is survived by two brothers Earl Phillips of Coal Hill, AR; and Walter James Phillips of Colorado Springs, CO; and other family and friends.
Graveside service will be 2:00 PM Thursday, March 11, 2021, at Houston Cemetery. Burial will follow at Houston Cemetery.
