Margaret Woodyard, 69, of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away Monday, March 1, 2021. She was born April 9, 1957 in Helena, Arkansas to the late Amanda Shields Woodyard and Douglas Woodyard.
Margaret was of the Baptist faith and worked as a Registered Nurse for over 30 years. She enjoyed horseback riding, traveling, and all water sports.
She is survived by her sister, Kappi Ross (Ron) of Little Rock, Arkansas; uncle, Howard Woodyard, Sr. of Helena, Arkansas; a host of cousins and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents and two aunts, Margaret Loren Roberts and Lucille Shields.
A graveside service for Margaret Woodyard will be held at 11:30 a.m., Thursday, March 4, 2021 at Sunset Memorial Park in West Helena, Arkansas. Visitation will be held prior to the service at Roller-Citizens chapel at 10:00 a.m. Dr. Scott Jackson will officiate.

Dear Kappi , I am so sorry to learn of Margaret’s passing. We were friends from 1st grade and lost touch after high school. My prayers are with you and your family.
Just found this out, my thoughts and prayers are with the family. Margaret was my next door neighbor growing up in Helena. We played together almost everyday and enjoyed each other’s friendship. A lovely person that I will always remember. May God Bless my dear friend.
