Teresa Milligan, 66, of Charlotte, Arkansas passed away Saturday, February 27, 2021.

She was born on March 26, 1954 in Huntington, Indiana to Earl Junior Billingsley and Delano Francis (Farmer) Billingsley.

Teresa she was a member of First Church of The Nazarene. She loved her family and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed shopping in flea markets and Fingerhut; she also enjoyed cross-stitching, crocheting, cooking, and stamp collecting as well.

Survivors include her husband, Bryan Milligan; son, Shaun Campbell of Southside; three daughters, Sallie Neal of Batesville, Jackie Brewer of Navasota, Texas, and Dawn Zartman of Cave City; brother, Kenneth Anthony David Billingsley of Southside; her best friend, Valerie Gay; eleven grandchildren, Seth, Tenisha, Kayla, Jessie, Nikki, Stephanie, Trey, Aaron, Trinidy, Emmarie, and Haven; and ten great-grandchildren, Mason, Kayden, Randi Mae, Kayne, Karson, Drake, Keeli, Bea, Maverick, and Kingston.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A memorial visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 pm Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at Roller-Crouch Funeral Home.
