I hated to see the passing of Mr. Dixon. He and his sweet wife would always come in Woodgrill Buffet and was the sweetes couple. Our prayers go out to the family .
I had the honor to serve on the Civil Service commission during his time there and he was always thought of, and proud to be a member of the North Little Rock Fire Department and to serve his community and fellow Fire Fighters.
As a neighbor and friend of Geneva, Matt & Angie's family, you are in my thoughts and prayers

Mrs. Dixon, Matt, & Angela,
We are so sorry to hear that Chief Dixon had passed away. He was one of the best Captains/Chiefs we have ever had on the department. I always enjoyed working and talking to him. No matter what the circumstance was he could give you that grin and in a soft voice just lighten any situation. I know he will be missed by everyone that knew him but rest in comfort that we will see him again.
May God Bless and comfort all of you during this very toug
So sorry for your loss. I know you will miss your dad as a father and also as your friend. I’ve lost both my parents. But I have a means for myself to help with the sense of loss. I go to the cemetery on occasion and speak to them and bring them up to date on the family, work, etc. as if they are there and listening. That makes me feel close to them and lessens the reality of life and death and my grief.
Angie, Matt and family, so sorry for your loss. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
Zoë and I wanted to express our condolences. Your family is in our thoughts and hearts.
I’m sorry for your loss. Much love and prayers for the Dixon family.
Matt and Family,
Your dad was truly one of our countries founding Americans. Rooted in hard work, responsible for his own life and achievements, with solid family values. I’m sure he was a exceptional role model for you and many others he touched. America will miss him! We are so sorry for your loss and hope you find peace in all he accomplished in his life.

I never had the pleasure of meeting your dad but he sure did a awesome job of raising you my sweet friend!
Matt,
The one thing that stood out most to me about your dad was his patience. He took time to teach, instruct and mentor me. I appreciated this back during his time as my Battalion Chief. I still value his time he spent with me. Jane and I are saddened about his passing. But we look forward to being reunited with him again in the presence of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Steve and I are very sorry for loss of such a precious man. You will continue to be in our thoughts and prayers. We love you Steve and LuAnne
