of Marion, AR
March 24, 1943 - February 23, 2021
Joe Ed Tiner, a retired truck driver for Walmart, died at NEA Baptist hospital on February 23, 2021 at the age of 77. Born March 24, 1943 in England, AR. He had his best friend and sister-in-law by his side.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Charlotte Tiner; parents, Herman & Ollie Tiner; brothers, Herman, Charles, and L.C.; sisters, Betty, Billie Jean and Kathleen. He leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews that he considered his kids.
Joe was the life of the party with his contagious laugh and great storytelling. You knew when Joe entered a room, he was bigger than life. He loved his Arkansas Razorbacks (Woo Pig Sooie), sitting in his beautiful backyard by the pool, planting flowers and a garden. He loved all dogs. No one can remember when he didn't have one, two or more furry companions. He leaves behind his "Boys" Bandit and Mississippi.
Joe will be deeply missed by his friends, family and anyone who knew him. He never met a stranger. He loved helping people of any age.
