Jo Nell Ballew Moore, 87, of Maumelle, Arkansas died February 15, 2021. She was born January 28, 1934 (on her father's birthday) in Houston, Texas. She was the daughter of Marie Wirt and Charles P. Ballew. She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, William L. (Bill) Moore, and is survived by her sons, William K. Moore and Stephen L. Moore (Jeannette); four grandchildren Hannah, Rebekah, Abigail (Jared) and Matthew S. Moore (Blair); 8 great-grandchildren, and many dear friends.
Graveside service will be 11:00 am, Saturday, March 20, 2021 at Riverwood Memorial Park in Maumelle. All attendees must provide and wear their own masks before entering. Social distancing will be observed.

Jo Nell was such a great neighbor to my parents for so many years. I know my parents always looked forward to the times they would get together after she and Bill moved. I always enjoyed my visits with her as well. She was a fun loving woman and I know she will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Leslie and I are saddened to hear of the passing of Mrs. Moore. She was like a second mother to me when I was young. My wife and I are so appreciative of the love she showed to our family when my mother passed away. Mrs. Moore was an amazing lady! Our prayers go out to Kim, Steve and the rest of the Moore family.
