Ila, I don't know if you remember me at all but Phillip was a close friend for years and was a mentor when i needed him the most. As it may be, friends grow apart and I hadn't spoken to him in a few years so seeing this a year after he is gone has my heart shattered. I loved Phillip and i can pray for your comfort and begin to understand the pain your heart is in. May he rest knowing how thankful we were to have had the time with him here. You are always in my prayers. God bless you
I was so sorry to read this obituary. I actually found this while searching for Ms Ila Jean. I am Kenneth Jackson's daughter Kathy. I am so very sorry for your loss.
I am quite sure that everyone who knew Phillip will miss him. He was a good friend to me quite a character.
I sure would like a way to contact his mom who was a dear friend
